We all have our strengths and weaknesses. I love organizing and like to think that I’m pretty good at it. However, I’m horrible when it comes to food preparation. I do not necessarily enjoy cooking and I’m lazy when it comes to preparing meals. I have high hopes and good intentions, only to open the fridge, after a long day, and stare and say, nope… I think I’ll go out tonight. So, I’m trying to find new ways to make meal prep easier.
